In trying to answer this concern, you must figure out prior to the interview how a bad employee would mess up in the position you’re asking for. such thing as, For example. Making the wrong calls, Coming in late, Taking too much time of, Following your own agenda instead of your employers agenda. you need to look at those areas that would be in their heads.

What employers are looking for is the individual contribution, what is your individual contribution?
