Anger is a universal experience, even animals get angry and so do humans. you’ll see that it a universal experience. we must be guided, even the good book says that ‘ANGER ALWAY LIES IN THE BOSSOM OF A FOOL.’

So you don’t have to be a psychologist to know that managing anger productively is something very few individuals even organization and society do well. One of the things research tells us is that, those who do manage their anger at work are much more successful than does who don’t. And I think this covers every spectrum. Those who do manage their anger at work, family levels, in their relationship happens to be more successful than those who don’t. But if I look at the work place, the co-worker who can productively confront his team mate about his or her negative attitude increases his success as well as minimizes conflict.

Someone who can productively confront his or her teammate, maybe you’re in the work zone or office zone, even within the church zone or wherever you’ve a conglomeration of people with the confine of an organization, anybody who can productively confront his or her teammate about their negative attitude will increase the teams chance of success as well as minimize destructive conflict and you know this also applies to the family.

That’s why this topic is all embracing. no one can tell you that he/she does not have anger, only dead men cannot afford to be angry, because dead men don’t speak neither do they have a recost to understand.
